Estas semanas estamos empezando varios proyectos nuevos que os iremos enseñando poco a poco.

Hoy os presentamos uno que nos gusta especialmente: una vivienda unifamiliar en una urbanización de Palma, con muy buena base. Es luminosa, está abierta al exterior y su arquitectura es clara y está bien resuelta.

Aquí no se trata de empezar de cero, sino de darle un lavado de cara: revisar acabados, iluminación y detalles para que la casa gane calidez y se adapte de verdad a la familia que la vive.

Os iremos contando el proceso, desde las primeras decisiones hasta la obra.

These weeks we are starting several new projects, which we will be sharing with you little by little.

Today we are introducing one we are especially fond of: a family home in a residential area of Palma, with very good bones. It is full of light, open to the outdoors, and its architecture is clear and well resolved.

This is not about starting from scratch, but about giving the house a gentle refresh: reviewing finishes, lighting and details so that it gains warmth and truly suits the family who lives in it.

We will share the process with you, from the first decisions through to the works.

Un día en la feria de Valencia , desde mi.mirada de interiorista.

Esta semana, visita a la feria de Valencia: un día para descubrir, probar y volver con nuevas ideas.

Mobiliario, iluminación, materiales… Ver las piezas de cerca, tocar los acabados y comprobar su comodidad es parte del trabajo de seleccionar lo que después puede encajar en cada vivienda.

Y entre stand y stand, también hubo tiempo para disfrutar del showcooking.

Una pequeña selección de lo que me llamó la atención durante la visita.

This week, a visit to the furniture fair in Valencia: a day to explore, try things out and come home with fresh ideas.

Furniture, lighting, materials… Seeing pieces up close, feeling the finishes and testing their comfort is all part of selecting what will work best in each home.

And between stands, there was also time to enjoy some live cooking demonstrations.

En esta vivienda de obra nueva en el campo, en la zona de Santanyí, trabajamos el interiorismo y el amueblamiento para crear un dormitorio sereno, natural y conectado con el exterior.

Parquet, roble, vigas de madera blanqueadas y piedra en terraza ayudan a dar calidez a una casa pensada para salir a la venta, cuidando cada decisión para aportar coherencia y valor.

From construction site to private retreat.

In this new-build country home in the Santanyí area, we worked on the interior design and furnishing to create a serene, natural bedroom connected to the outdoors.

Parquet flooring, oak woodwork, whitewashed timber beams and stone on the terrace bring warmth to a home designed for sale, where every decision was made to add coherence, calm and value.

An interior design project begins long before construction starts.

Understanding how the home will be lived in, defining each decision carefully and supporting the process during ex*****on are all part of the same way of working.

Layout, materials, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, joinery and bespoke details are developed with an overall vision, so the project keeps its intention through to completion.

And when the client does not live in Mallorca, that support becomes even more important: clear communication, ongoing follow-up and a trusted professional on the island.

Un proyecto de interiorismo empieza mucho antes de la obra.

Entender cómo se va a vivir la casa, definir bien cada decisión y acompañar el proceso durante la ejecución forma parte de una misma manera de trabajar.

Distribución, materiales, iluminación, cocina, baños, carpinterías y detalles se plantean con una visión global para que el proyecto mantenga su intención hasta el final.

Y cuando el cliente no vive en Mallorca, ese acompañamiento cobra todavía más importancia: comunicación clara, seguimiento y una profesional de confianza en la isla.

Una cocina pequeña, pensada al milímetro.

En esta vivienda de verano en Puerto de Pollença, el espacio disponible era reducido, por lo que cada decisión debía aportar funcionalidad sin generar sensación de saturación.

La cocina se organizó en dos frentes paralelos, incorporando almacenaje de suelo a techo y una zona auxiliar revestida en madera que puede quedar completamente oculta cuando no se utiliza.

La puerta corredera de vidrio estriado permite separar la cocina del resto de la vivienda sin interrumpir el paso de la luz, mientras que la disposición longitudinal conduce la mirada hacia el comedor exterior y el jardín.

Un espacio compacto, luminoso y preparado para funcionar con naturalidad durante las vacaciones en familia.

A small kitchen, designed down to the last detail.

In this summer home in Puerto de Pollença, the available space was limited, so every decision needed to improve functionality without making the kitchen feel overcrowded.

The kitchen was arranged along two parallel walls, incorporating full-height storage and a timber-clad auxiliary area that can be completely concealed when not in use.

The fluted-glass sliding door allows the kitchen to be separated from the rest of the home without blocking the natural light, while the linear layout draws the eye towards the outdoor dining area and garden.

A compact, bright space designed to work naturally during family holidays.

De obra en bruto a vivienda terminada.

En esta vivienda en El Arenal, el proyecto de interiorismo y amueblamiento permitió transformar una construcción en proceso en una casa cálida, funcional y coherente.

El trabajo se centró en ordenar los espacios, integrar almacenaje, resolver iluminación y dar continuidad a los materiales, tanto en el interior como en la terraza.

Madera natural, tonos neutros, luz cálida y pequeños acentos de color ayudan a crear una vivienda cómoda, actual y fácil de vivir.

Un antes y después que resume muchas decisiones que no siempre se ven, pero que hacen que una casa funcione.

From a raw construction site to a finished home.

In this family home in El Arenal, the interior design and furnishing project transformed a work-in-progress space into a warm, functional and coherent home.

The project focused on reorganising the spaces, integrating storage, resolving lighting and creating continuity through materials, both indoors and on the terrace.

Natural wood, neutral tones, warm light and subtle touches of colour help shape a comfortable, contemporary home designed to be lived in with ease.

A before and after that reflects many decisions that are not always visible, but make the home truly work.

La iluminación no empieza al elegir una lámpara.

Empieza mucho antes: al estudiar cómo se vive cada espacio, dónde se sitúa el mobiliario, qué recorridos se generan y qué tipo de luz necesita cada momento.

En este proyecto, la iluminación general, ambiental e integrada se planteó desde el inicio para acompañar los usos de la vivienda y reforzar la relación entre interior y exterior.

Cuando la luz forma parte del proyecto, no solo ilumina. También ordena, guía y transforma la forma de vivir la casa.

Lighting design does not begin with choosing a lamp.

It starts much earlier: by understanding how each space will be used, where the furniture will be placed, how people will move through the house and what kind of light each moment requires.

In this project, general, ambient and integrated lighting were considered from the beginning to support the way the home is used and strengthen the connection between indoors and outdoors.

When lighting is part of the design process, it does more than illuminate. It also defines, guides and transforms the way a home is experienced.

Nuevo proyecto en marcha · Son Bieló, S’Estanyol

Primeras ideas para una segunda residencia familiar en la costa este de Mallorca.

El punto de partida: una vivienda mediterránea, luminosa y contenida, donde la piedra, la madera, las fibras naturales y el azul empolvado construyen una atmósfera cálida, texturada y muy vinculada al lugar.

Un proyecto que empieza desde la materia, la luz tamizada y la relación natural entre interior y exterior.

First ideas for a family second residence on the east coast of Mallorca.

The starting point: a Mediterranean home, luminous and understated, where stone, light wood, natural fibres and dusty blue tones create a warm, textured atmosphere deeply connected to its surroundings.

A project that begins with materiality, filtered light and the natural relationship between indoors and outdoors.
