Casa Coqueira, designed by Tiago Sousa Architect, explores the relationship between geometry, elevation and spatial organisation through a minimalist architectural approach. The residence takes the form of a transparent, single-storey volume that rises above the terrain, supported by vertical planes extending from the lower portion of the property. Its elevated structure opens views across the surrounding valleys while creating distance from neighbouring buildings. The design responds to the site's topography through a carefully developed arrangement of architectural elements.

Wutopia Lab introduces Mountain Muse Lodging&Nature, a rural hospitality project in Shanglin Village, Suzhou, China. Completed in June 2023, the 1,237-square-metre building explores the relationship between architectural form, traditional village environments and Surrealist art. Led by chief architect Yu Ting, the project transforms four residential plots containing abandoned houses into accommodation for families, introducing a new programme to a village facing declining occupancy.

Arch(e)type has completed the concept design for Ayni, a resort hotel on a 33,500 m² hilltop site in northern Koh Phangan, Thailand. Overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, the secluded property offers views of the sea, mountains, and surrounding forest. The international architecture practice developed a masterplan that connects private accommodation with spaces for recreation, wellness, and contemplation through two distinct geometric arrangements.

Barbarito Bancel Architectes presents Hennessy Village, a 4,000 m² architectural project in Salles-d’Angles, France, that brings together offices, dining facilities, exhibition areas, and reception spaces. Situated within a Hennessy bottling industrial site near a military air base, the building responds to its complex surroundings through a modular timber structure, carefully organized circulation, and direct connections to the surrounding vineyards.

Atelier Stéphane Fernandez has designed OASIS, a student housing development in Nice, France, that introduces 200 residential units within the Plaine du Var district. The project occupies a site between the Grand Parc de Meridia and Avenue de l’Université, connecting the city’s developing urban environment with its surrounding natural features. Through its distinctive green facades, open circulation areas and landscaped spaces, the building establishes a relationship with the Mediterranean climate and the agricultural history of the region.

Kerimov Architects has unveiled Yakushima Residence, a private retreat proposal for Japan’s Yakushima island, located off the southern coast of Kyushu. The project marks the studio’s first development in Japan and forms part of its collaboration with NOT A HOTEL. With more than 60 award-winning projects internationally, the Red Dot-winning architecture studio approaches the residence through a close examination of the island’s climate, terrain and architectural traditions.

El Equipo Creativo introduces its design for Azul Lounge Bar, located within the Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella Hotel in Spain. The project takes inspiration from the building’s original 1970s architecture and Marbella’s reputation as an international destination during the 1960s and 70s. Through expressive colors, curved forms, hand-painted murals, and natural materials, the Barcelona-based design studio interprets the social atmosphere associated with the Mediterranean resort town.

KANVA presents its architectural concept for the new Parc Marie-Victorin Museum in Kingsey Falls, Canada. The project will transform a private collection of more than 40,000 cast-iron objects into a public cultural institution dedicated to Quebec’s industrial history, regional expertise, and everyday design. Located within the botanical setting of Parc Marie-Victorin, the museum takes inspiration from the processes of excavation and material extraction, allowing the surrounding terrain to influence its architectural form.

Paul Smith has opened a new flagship on Madison Avenue in New York, bringing the character of Sir Paul Smith’s London residence to Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The two-storey boutique takes inspiration from his home in Holland Park, introducing a retail concept that incorporates personal objects, vintage furniture, and architectural details. The opening marks the brand’s arrival in the neighborhood nearly four decades after it established its first New York store on Fifth Avenue.

MU Architecture designed The Lens, a single-family residence in Montreal’s Villeray neighbourhood, around the principles of Japanese minimalism and feng shui. Created for a couple and their children, the house prioritizes privacy, natural light, and carefully organized living spaces. Its architectural composition responds to a challenging urban site while establishing a direct relationship with the surrounding garden.
