I am a company that can provide all aspects of property maintenance. Including painting and decorating (City and Guilds level 2 qualified), plastering (City and Guilds level 1 qualified), general maintenance, garden maintenance and most of your DIY needs including flat pack furniture. One of our regular customers has just purchased a house, that needs a little tlc, so too start we are working on a bedroom.

•investigated moving wall under the window to find it was repaired with 3mm pl pinned to 1 length of timber under window and a block in the middle. So new stud wall and boarded.
•Removed cupboard to the left of chimney breast
•little bit of lining walls
•Refitted skirting under the window, alcove
• lots of filler and prep work.
Finally colour drenching using Johnstone Durable Matt

New upvc sash window on order, being supplied and fitted by Astbury Windows LTD

Due to a big external leak. Caused the internal render to fail. So we removed the render and allowed to dry until the moisture level was acceptable, which took around 3 months.
We then re rendered the wall area and recreate the curve between ceiling and wall.
Followed by a redec

During the Summer Parker & Son where tasked with remodeling toilets, and building alterations to 3 special needs schools. Once the remodeling was completed we carried out some minor repairs and redecoarion work

Its been very busy couple of months subbing for award winning builders Parker & Son. To start we traveled to East Grinstead, To carry out redecoration work to a newly installed clock tower and existing fascias.

Little refresh of beach hut on Glyne Gap beach

We carried out an office refresh for Findleys of Cooden, the office was very clinical looking and in need of a modern uplift. So we painted most of the walls in grey, and picked out 3 areas to be made into a feature with oak acoustic panels, but was so expensive, so the team at Findley's opted for acoustic panel effect wallpaper

This job was a full redec of 2 bed property in Hastings, ready for the tenants.
It was looked after nicely, just littlr tired looking, and the usual wear and tear and yellowed woodwork.

Out building roof was fungicidal washed, some minor repairs, sealer and 2 coats liquid rubber
