Regular Maintenance Protects Your Property

Beautiful coastal properties in Bournemouth need regular care to stay in top condition.

Weather and moisture can cause exterior timber to rot, leading to costly repairs if left untreated.

Regular inspections and timely maintenance save money and protect your investment.

Don’t wait until small problems become big ones!

New-Build Family Bathroom | Loft Conversion

A beautiful new family bathroom, created entirely from scratch as part of this loft conversion.

The original bungalow had no bathroom within the new upper floor, so this space was carefully designed and constructed to create a modern, spacious and practical family bathroom.

From the full installation and tiling through to the sanitaryware, bespoke-style vanity unit, freestanding bath and contemporary black fittings, every detail was chosen to create a clean and timeless finish.

The addition of the roof windows brings in plenty of natural light, while the combination of soft neutral tones, textured feature tiling and warm timber creates a calm, luxurious feel.

Another space transformed from an empty loft into a beautiful, functional part of the home.

What a transformation...

This tired and discoloured front pathway was given a complete new lease of life with beautiful new limestone cobbles, laid in a classic herringbone pattern.

A huge difference to the front of this lovely property, creating a fresh, clean and timeless entrance that complements the character of the house perfectly.

New lean-to transformation in Bournemouth

This project started with an old, tired lean-to that was no longer making the best use of the space. Our team completely transformed the area, creating a new, practical and attractive lean-to that blends naturally with the existing property.

The project included a new timber structure, roofing, external cladding, doors, windows, internal finishing and a new tiled floor, creating a bright and useful space for the customer to enjoy.

Another project completed and another happy customer.

At DR Property Solutions, we take pride in every project, from the first idea through to the final finish.

Another commercial project completed for a local Bournemouth hotel.

Our team recently replaced a badly deteriorated rooflight at one of Bournemouth’s hotels. The existing timber structure had suffered extensive rot and was no longer fit for purpose.

We carefully removed the old rooflight, constructed a new timber upstand, carried out full waterproofing, installed a new laminated glass rooflight, and made good the internal finishes—leaving the area safe, watertight, and looking as good as new.

We take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality workmanship for both commercial and residential clients.

Another fantastic transformation by DR Property Solutions

We completely reconfigured the layout of this flat, relocating the kitchen to create a bright open-plan living space and repositioning the bathroom to allow for a beautifully defined bedroom area.

Finished to an exceptionally high standard, the refurbishment features suspended ceilings, recessed spotlights, bespoke doors, and a luxurious walk-in shower. Every inch of space was carefully considered to maximise both style and practicality.

We’re delighted with the finished result and proud to have delivered another stunning transformation. 🏡✨
