£50 Quarterly Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to current Precision Pro Cleaning customers who receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) and complete and submit the survey during the relevant quarterly draw period.

2. Entry
One entry per completed survey per customer, per quarterly draw. Entries must be submitted before the closing date for the relevant draw.

3. Prize
One winner will receive a £50 Precision Pro Cleaning e-Gift Card, delivered electronically to an email address provided by the winner.

4. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant quarterly draw period.

5. Draw Date
The next prize draw will take place on Monday 21 December 2026 at 7:00pm and will be conducted live on the Precision Pro Cleaning page.

6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when completing the survey. The winner may also be announced during the Facebook Live draw and subsequently on the Precision Pro Cleaning page.

7. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Precision Pro Cleaning reserves the right to conduct a new random draw to select an alternative winner.

8. No Cash Alternative
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

9. Fair & Random Selection
All eligible entries will have an equal chance of being selected. The draw will be conducted fairly and at random.

10. Exclusions
Precision Pro Cleaning reserves the right to exclude any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise does not meet these terms and conditions.

11. Changes or Cancellation
Precision Pro Cleaning reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

12. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

13. Data Protection
Information provided when completing the survey will be handled in accordance with Precision Pro Cleaning's privacy practices and used to administer the prize draw and improve our services.
