A little look back at October at Mon Pote 🍂

It’s been a busy month in the shop! We’ve been getting out all the cosy, colourful quilts and cushions, unpacking lots of lovely new arrivals and making the shop feel ready for the colder days ahead.

It’s also been a month of hellos and goodbyes. We were very sad to say goodbye to our lovely Vic and Louise, who have been such a wonderful part of Mon Pote. We’ll miss them both so much! ❤️

But we’ve also had the pleasure of welcoming two new faces, Honey and Jenny, to the team!

We are very excited to introduce the next group of makers who will be attending our Christmas pop-ups at Mon Pote! 🎄

Next up, on 6th December, we’re welcoming three new pop-ups to the Top Floor Studio, filled with beautiful, locally made treasures and thoughtful gifts to discover! ✨

It’s the perfect opportunity to find something a little different this Christmas, support independent makers and enjoy a festive mooch while discovering the amazing small businesses in our community.

One of our favourite things is seeing how you style pieces from Mon Pote in your own homes! 🤍 As a Bristol-based store, we love being part of a community that embraces creativity, individuality and having fun with interiors.

We believe the best inspiration comes from real homes and real people, and we want to encourage everyone to experiment with their space, mix colours, play with patterns and create something that feels uniquely them.

A gallery wall is the perfect place to start. Mixing artwork, prints and special finds can bring so much personality to a room!✨

A friendly reminder that it is not long now until our friends will be taking over the upstairs of our Bristol based store! 🎀

We can’t wait to kick things off on the 12th November with our Winter Party! We’ll have fizz, Christmas gifting and decorations, double loyalty points on your purchases across the night and Fox & Feather’s Winter collection ❄️🧣

A Wednesday morning bedding refresh for our upstairs room in our Bristol based shop! 🛏️💗

We’ve been having a lovely time making up the bed with some of our favourite pieces from the shop. 🎀

Jenny made a bedspread using patterned quilts, gingham cushions, a few frilly edges and plenty of colour (as always!).

It was very hard deciding on a different combination, but we settled on a muted palette with statement colours, just in time for winter ❄️☕️

A little look at life in Mon Pote this week 🍂

1. We’ve been embracing the reds, blues and pinks in time for winter.
2. The lamps have been on making the shop feel very cosy this week. 🕯️
3. Jenny has joined the team!
4. Lots of umbrellas coming through the door with people popping in to escape the rain.🌧️
5. Our lovely new robes and matching pyjama sets have arrived, just in time for evenings spent indoors.🥰
6. We’ve been moving things around and unboxing the perfect pieces for hosting a seasonal dinner party.
7. A few of your favourite bobbin lamps arrived ✨
8. We explored different prints for the gallery wall
9. Our favourite stripey/jacquard print fabric lampshades have filled the ground floor with so much colour!
10. The bathroom welcomed a new statement rattan lamp
