The yard is open!

Unfortunately, the yard has lost power due to the effects of Storm Austen, meaning that we have had to temporarily close.
We apologise for the inconvenience and provide further updates as soon as possible.

Good logs still need a good start ⚡

Kindling, firelighters, log baskets, everything that gets your fire lit and keeps it fed once it's going. Small bits, but the ones people forget until they run out mid-evening.

Grab them alongside your logs, save yourself a second trip 👇

Wet logs don't burn. Simple as that.

A decent log store keeps your firewood dry, ventilated and ready to use, instead of turning into a soggy mess at the back of the shed. We've got a range in stock, and there's an offer on right now.
Get yours sorted before the logs arrive, not after.

Slower burning, hotter fire, less faff 🪓

Our hardwood logs are the ones people come back for. They burn longer and cleaner than softwood, so you're not out every few hours feeding the fire. Ready to burn, straight from the yard or delivered to your door.

Still warm enough to get this job done properly ☀️

Mulching now, while the ground's still workable, gives it a chance to settle before the wet weather sets in. It's one of those jobs that's easy to put off, but doing it in September beats doing it in the rain in November.

Bark for paths and borders, mulch for beds, soil conditioners if you're prepping for planting. All in stock, all at the yard.
