🏡 BATHROOM RENOVATION | ANNA 🛁✨

Another renovation completed by Libics Improvements Ltd, and what a transformation this one has been!

We’ve given Anna’s bathroom a complete refresh, making the most of the unique space and sloping ceilings while creating a warm, traditional and relaxing finish.

The finished space features:

🛁 Freestanding roll-top bath
🚿 Traditional-style shower fittings
🚽 Classic close-coupled toilet
🧼 Traditional pedestal basin
🧱 Feature patterned metro-style tiling
🌳 Herringbone-effect flooring
🎨 Soft neutral wall finish
✨ Chrome heated towel rail

We particularly love how the herringbone flooring works alongside the traditional sanitaryware and patterned tiles. The combination gives the room a timeless feel while still making the most of the modern attic space.

Another project completed and another happy customer! 🙌

A big thank you to Anna for choosing Libics Improvements Ltd to carry out the renovation. ❤️

📸 A CLOSER LOOK AT RHYS & ABBIE’S NEW KITCHEN 🏡✨

Following on from our before & after video, here are some more photos of this recently completed kitchen renovation by Libics Improvements Ltd.

This project certainly wasn’t without its challenges, but seeing the finished result makes all the hard work worthwhile! 💪

We went with the Allendale Dove Grey kitchen from Howdens , paired with aged brass handles for a timeless but modern finish.

Some of the finishing touches included:

🤍 Dove Grey cabinetry
✨ Aged brass handles
🔥 Lamona extractor hood
⚡ AEG UK built-in appliances
🍳 Ceramic hob
🌳 Herringbone-style oak flooring
🧱 Herringbone metro tiles around the hob
🎨 Dulux Egyptian Cotton walls

The combination of the warm oak flooring, brass details and soft grey cabinetry has really brought this kitchen together.

After dealing with the unexpected wall and electrical issues, delays and even a broken hand along the way, it’s incredibly satisfying to see it all finished and looking like this! 😍

A huge thank you to Rhys & Abbie for being so patient and understanding throughout the project. We hope you enjoy your new kitchen! ❤️

They say the boss should know how to do every job… so today I picked up the breaker 😂🔨

Most days I’m dealing with everything behind while Máté & Roland are out there doing the real graft.

But give me a power tool and suddenly I’m feeling very important. 🤣

Not sure whether I’m actually helping or just getting in the way… but I’m definitely having fun! 😂

Never underestimate the power of a woman with a breaker💪😜

From having my nails done to completely transforming her living room, this project was a special one!

A close friend asked Libics Improvements to renovate her living room and create a modern, sleek new look, and yes ,myself, Alex, got involved in the renovation too (Máté would argue) but only after she had done my nails first! 💅🔨

For this full renovation, we:
✔ Removed the old wallpaper, ceiling, and flooring
✔ Replastered the walls for a fresh smooth finish
✔ Installed a brand new ceiling
✔ Fitted three-column traditional bronze radiators that really elevate the space
✔ Laid LVT flooring
✔ Fully decorated throughout
✔ Added new coving and skirting boards
✔ Installed a barn-style sliding door system with a brand new door

The finished result is a stylish, warm, and modern space that feels completely transformed.
