CF11 Plastering and general maintenance

Enjoyable project this one. Plenty of prep, bedroom and en-suite room skimmed and some second fix carpentry and sockets to finish off. All caulked, filled and sanded ready for painting.
Take a peek of the last pic, think I done quite well for my first attempt. 🪚🔨🪛

Somewhat small, but effective job here in this hallway.
When painted this space will be very welcoming indeed. ☺️

Good to get this bedroom over the line in one of many jobs in this property. Picture rail, skirting removed, all bonded flat along with the newly chased out electrics. New stud wall moved to give extra space in what will be a bathroom behind, all skimmed and ready for the painter to do their magic.

I do love the change on run down rooms.
Lots to tackle in this one but it’s now ready to paint, carpet and make a lovely bedroom in this property with high ceilings as a bonus.

🤩New Roof please🤩

Enjoyed this one. Full rip off. Off the old and on with the new. No more leaks and ready for all weather for years to come.

Nice little patch job done today to help a friend get this one off his back.
Threw a few extra in with the electrics to make it safe again.

Cute little picket fence installed for a returning customer to keep their crazy sausage dog in when this weather decides to break. 🐶
Broken fence removed and all new installed.
