✨ A little message from me… ✨
When you ask me for a quote, I always take the time to come out, chat through your ideas, and put together a fair price. Sometimes I do ask for pictures but that just so you can have an idea of pricing before we come out, but we always come out before finalising. That’s my time, experience, and expertise invested to help bring your project to life.
What sometimes happens is I’ll send a quote or respond to an enquiry and then never hear back… until months later when suddenly I’m expected to drop everything and reply straight away.
I totally understand that life gets busy and plans change — but please remember, my time is valuable too. A quick reply, even if it’s just “not right now” or “we’ve gone a different direction,” makes a huge difference. ✅
It helps me manage my diary, keep things fair for everyone, and make sure I can give my best service to those ready to go ahead.
So, if you’ve enquired with me before — thank you! 🙏 But if you’d like to pick things back up, please bear in mind I’ll treat it as a new enquiry and availability/quotes may have changed.
