NP10 Rogerstone..... Bit of a room make over.... Room in need of updating, yellow and blue coloured bedroom with signs of mould needing treatment.
Mould removed, Zinser stain block, filled numerous holes, sanded down then Zinser Gardz to seal the filler before 4 coats of a deep Egyptian cotton Dulux paint.
Ceiling painted white and timber work glossed.
Real oak shelves put up, new blind and new light fitting.

Coping stones on a wall to enable post shoes to be attached securely and level then tiered feather edge fence built plus two custom built gates with FREE handles, bolts and padlocks.
Window sills ground down and 8" sills fitted.
1 x internal stainless door fitted.

Drive will have new dry kiln sand brushed over it to fill all the gaps now the moss has now been removed.

NP11- Risca .... Old concrete wall topper removed and parts of the wall had to be rebuilt due to loose and crumbling mortar.
New 500mm coping stones added to give the wall a nice modern finish.
Also replace an old rotten waste pipe for the customer.

Removal of old rotten felt roof. New rubber roof put on a large shed for a lovely retired couple💓.
Shed also had an issue with it leaning as well making the door have closing issues so had to jack it back up straight then prop it up by bracing it. 👌🏼🙏🏼
By doing this work it has given the shed years more life 👏🏼

Whitchurch Cardiff CF14 - Customer had badly squeaking stairs and landing areas leading up to their attic.
Removed all carpet and did what we had to do to stop it squeaking 💪🏼👌🏼. Carpet relaid like new . 🙏🏼
