This is what you NEED to know before applying flooring…

A perfect floor doesn’t start with the flooring it starts underneath it.

At Carpet Stop, our experts survey your subfloor before installation, including moisture testing, to make sure the correct preparation is carried out.

From plyboarding and smoothing compounds to patch screeds, feather finishes and grinding, we use the right preparation methods and quality products for the job.

Getting this wrong can lead to flooring failures and even invalidate manufacturer warranties so don’t risk it.

With years of industry experience and expert fitters, Carpet Stop takes care of the details you might not even know about.

Subfloor preparation can be a minefield let us handle it.
