🏫 Project Completed – Scoil an Droichid, Belfast 🔥

Another underfloor heating project successfully completed by the Cosy-Heat team.

We’re delighted to have completed the underfloor heating installation at Scoil an Droichid, Irish Medium Nursery & Primary School in Belfast.

The installation was carried out in several phases as the development progressed, covering both the new nursery and main school buildings.

A big thank you to our valued partner Devlin Mechanical Limited for once again working with Cosy-Heat to deliver the underfloor heating package.

It was also a pleasure to be involved in another development alongside Connolly & Fee Ltd, the main contractor on the project.

A big 👏 to our own installation team for the hard work and another high-quality installation, particularly during an exceptionally busy summer across a number of our school and commercial projects.

🏫 New Contract Award – St Kevin’s College, Lisnaskea

It’s been a very busy few weeks at Cosy-Heat since returning from the July holidays, with our installation teams working across a number of underfloor heating projects throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the wider UK.

One of those is the exciting new extension at St Kevin’s College, Lisnaskea, where we’re delighted to be delivering the underfloor heating installation for HTC Mechanical.

We’re already well progressed on site, with the ground floor underfloor heating completed and further works continuing across the project. 💪

The new extension will provide St Kevin’s College with additional teaching accommodation and modern specialist facilities, and we’re proud to be involved in another important education development.

We’re pleased to be working alongside HTC Mechanical on this project and look forward to supporting their team as the works progress.

👏 And, of course, a big thank you to our own installation team. It has been an exceptionally busy period since the July holidays, and the quality of workmanship and progress across all our sites has been excellent.

🌞 Sunday night… and we're getting ready for another busy week at Cosy-Heat! 💪

What a week it's been!

We're delighted to have completed another fantastic underfloor heating installation at The Depot, Portadown – an exciting new office and warehouse development – for our valued customer, Anderson Mechanical.

Following a call from the Contracts Manager just over a week ago, we priced the project, delivered all the materials and completed the installation within a very short timeframe – exactly the kind of challenge our team loves.

Over the last 4 days, our team successfully installed:

✅ Traditional underfloor heating on the ground floor
✅ A low-profile underfloor heating system on the first floor, with clipping rail securely screwed to the subfloor before installing the pipework
✅ Over 4,000 metres of underfloor heating pipe

Not going to lie… we're a little bit proud of how tidy this UFH installation looks! 😍🔥

A few 5am starts, a few extra coffees, and a lot of teamwork... but when the finished installation looks this good, it's what it's all about! 💪☕

A huge thank you to our expert installation team for another top-quality job. It's their hard work, attention to detail and commitment that keeps Cosy-Heat delivering, week in and week out.

And there's no slowing down just yet...

🏫 Tomorrow we're back at Scoil an Droichid for Devlin Mechanical, where we'll be starting the ground floor underfloor heating installation in the new main school building.

🏫 We're also kicking off another school project for a new customer in Lisnaskea, and we're really looking forward to getting started.

🔥 And, of course, we're still flat out designing, supplying, installing and commissioning Mitsubishi Air Source Heat Pumps for domestic and commercial projects across the UK and Ireland.

Roll on the July holidays... but not just yet – we've still got several thousand metres of pipe to get into the floor first! 😂🔥

📞 Need Underfloor Heating or a Mitsubishi Air Source Heat Pump?

Whether it's a domestic self-build, commercial development or a large-scale project, we'd be delighted to help.

🎄 Wishing you a Cosy Christmas 🎄

It’s been a busy last week for us before the Christmas break, out and about commissioning heating systems across numerous projects.

Amongst others we completed a project at Toreagh Primary School in Larne for our valued customer Devlin Mechanical. This involved commissioning the underfloor heating (UFH) system that we supplied and installed back in October, allowing for the floors to dry out perfectly over the Christmas period.

We also received our final delivery of 20mm UFH pipe - more than enough to keep the lads busy in January across several school projects we’ve secured.

A massive thanks to all our customers and suppliers for your continued support throughout the year — and here’s to an even busier 2026.

If you have an office, home, school or commercial project that requires underfloor heating or a Mitsubishi heat pump, think Cosy Heat — keeping you comfortable all year round.

🎅 Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🎅

We are back on Monday 5 January.
