Well another week done, thankfully the weather was good so I could work outside, saying that it was raining Monday when doing the replacement fascia boards on a garage, old rotten wood removed and new put in, the UPVC panels put on, small fence panel made, then it was onto a bit of acoustic paneling, the room was always cold so some batons attached insulation inserts then paneling over the top according to the client a massive difference, always pleased to have this feedback, then onto the final lawn cuts for the year, fences painted, downpipe painted and a summerhouse also painted, then to finish off some skirtings, doors etc having holes filled and painted. Weekend off but painting at home!

Another wet and windy week done, had to shuffle around a few jobs due to the rain, all started making and fitting a set of double gates not the easiest of tasks as the old gates didn't line up with the new driveway so needed to be repositioned, from there it was onto a bannister that required the varnish removed from the top hand rail, then the rest primed and painted in white, certainly made a big difference especially with how brighter the hallway looked, it was then onto trimming a large number of bushes and onto removing a large amount of ivy broken fence panels and replacing, it was the onto a large number of final lawn cuts hedges etc, and to finish the week painting a ceiling and 3 walls in a lounge area, overall a very enjoyable week and I have my fingers crossed for next week as a lot of outside work to do.

Well another week done, certainly getting colder in the morning and darker earlier, anyway all started off painting an open plan kitchen lounge area, this was a refresh and certainly brightens up the rooms with ceilings and walls done in diamond white, it was then onto around 18 lawns to be done with last cuts getting close, once all done it was then onto painting an old Victorian hall stairs and landing these areas certainly needed a bit of TLC with lots of cracks and peeling paint, once all the damaged areas were taken back, filled and the large cracks were raked out and filled with fillflex it was time to tackle the woodwork, once all the areas were prepared it was then finally onto putting some paint on, walls, ceilings and woodwork all painted and what a transformation, here's to next week with a mixed bag including gates, lawns, and shed repairs.

Well another week done, this time it was spent at a single property, this was to paint a full 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house every room including the under stairs cupboard all walls, ceilings, and woodwork was done, the property was only 6 years old and still in its original white, and I was tasked with repainting in Dulux diamond white so difficult to see a big difference from the photos, but did look a lot brighter with the added benefits of being able to clean any marks made on the walls. Once this was all finished a couple of little jobs were done fixing a sticking door, and cutting down a couple of trees, all ready for next week.

Well that's a wrap on another week, certainly feel the shorter days drawing in, anyway it all started off paneling an entrance hallway the wall already had wallpaper on so was a case of cutting and painting all panels before fitting, so it only required a top coat once on, it was then onto a very large number of lawns, think it was around 30 in total, it was then onto making and fitting a side gate/door with lock. For the end of the week I have started on painting a full house with photos to come next week once completed

Well a very enjoyable mixed week completed, all started off painting and paneling, a large room that had one wall with wallpaper, some Zinzer wallpaper coverall paint took care of the pattern, them.painted in a lovely blue, picture frame panelling installed and painted, the rest of the room was all done ceiling, woodwork, and remaining walls in a frosted steel colour, it was then onto lots of hedges and a few lawns, outdoor handrail supplied and fitted, some blinds, pictures put up, it was then time to tackle large side entrance that required a gate making, frame installed and once I had made the gate fitted with some heavy duty hinges, and key lock, then to finish the week another gate and side panel made and installed.

Well after a week away it was back into action all started by painting a waney edge board fence that I put up a while ago, then onto shaving 4 fire doors tidying up a door frame then painting an ensuite, from there it was time to start cutting laws after the hot weather from previous months and not required the wet weather was certainly needed and they had all recovered very well, also a large hedge trimmed and general tidy ups done, to finish off the week it was painting a couple of exterior doors, one was UPVC the other wooden, both looked really nice once done.
