Planning an Extension, Loft Conversion or Home Renovation?
Not sure where to start, or worried about committing to the whole planning process straight away?
At Studio Arkitekt, we work in clear stages, so you can progress your project at a pace that suits you.
Our Planning Drawing Package is £1,750, with payments split across the stages of the work:
- Survey & Consultation – £150 Measured survey of your property and initial discussion of your project.
- Existing Architectural Drawings – £500. Accurate drawings showing the property as it currently stands.
- Proposed Architectural Drawings – £500. Development of your proposed plans and design.
- Planning Application Pack – £350 Final planning drawings, site/location plan where required and preparation of the application pack.
- Planning Application Submission – £250 Completion of the planning application, checking and compiling the required information, preparing the application for submission and submitting it to the Local Authority on your behalf.
TOTAL PLANNING PACKAGE: £1,750
The benefit of working this way is that you don't have to make the decision to submit a planning application at the very beginning.
You can start with your survey and existing drawings, develop your ideas, move on to the proposed drawings and then decide whether you want to proceed with the planning application.
