Work completed on three exterior church doors, that over the years have had many screwdrivers wedged between them by people trying to gain unlawful access. All the old damaged areas were removed and new wood fixed into the doors, then finished with their existing colours.
Part of this work is not just for aesthetics but is important in showing the doors are strong and secure to stop other opportunists trying to get in.

We are becoming quite sought after for old church building restorations. Our latest job in Derbyshire was this 240 year old church, where we were asked to repair two windows.
We removed the rotten wood and the previous poor repairs made with 2 pack resin and replaced correctly with new oak. We also repaired some of the stone work and finished off with several coats of satin exterior wood paint to match the rest of the frame and to keep water out.
While we were there, we also fitted a new hand rail going into the grave yard.
