Words cannot describe how immensely proud I am of my sister. She’s been through a really rough year and still she arrives with so much grace, full of passion and bubbly pazzazz! We’re both mad about local food, grown with care and she walks this walk — just look at this supplier list: Dartmoor beef, Shrub produce, foraged foods. You couldn’t get a bigger soil microbiome on your plate if you tried. And this matters!!! Our health is intrinsically linked to the soils health, and the food we eat is the conduit from which health flows. Josie’s throwing another celebration of local food this Saturday — there’s a handful of tickets left. I’d love to see some of you there!
