Some prep work done will be a while before its ready to finish off

Nice load of railings and handrail re-painted
Preparation with a mechanical wire brush rust killer zinc phosphate primer and 2 coats of dulux metalsheild looks as good as new now

Again its in the prep
Plaster all over the nice granite so before painting scraping and washing the granite so we have a nice clean line to cut the paint in
I know a lot wouldn't bother or say it isn't my job but I think detail counts nice clean crisp paint lines just gives the wow factor 👌
That's why everyone wants the A team 👍

Its all in the prep and having the knowledge these doors need the correct primers and fillers 3 types of filler used finishing off with the finest 3coats of primer before I can even think about the finish coats
The beams need sanding back to get all the old debry off then there is different woods used on some of the beams some beams as soon as you put anything on them want to go an orangey brown you can't just buy a coating to put on them not if you want them looking as natural as you can so here comes the knowledge knowing how to mix up a product with different ingredients so they come out the right colour and show the wood to its best
This house is about 500 yrs old in lime and granite it will look fabulous once completed

Wouldn't be a bad thing its hard work sanding everything down
Until we get a robot we will have to do it ourselves
We have however got all the latest dust free sanding systems that cuts out time down and cuts the dust out to an absolute minimum all good news for clients

Don't go ringing us to do your woodwork in October and november its been exceptional weather with 20 degrees this week but november until the end of febuary is out of the question unless its completely covered in with a scaffolding wrap moisture will get in to the bare wood will be sealed in with decorating and won't last if you don't want rotten wood book it in early it can then be done by the winter so anything for next year start booking in now especially if you need it done by a particular date

Can recomend these they are first class products which can also be mixed in farrow+ball colours and little green are half the price and in our opinion far superior

Another new to the market paint we are trying out we still go overboard on the preparation but we want the longest lasting paints for our clients its good for us aswell if our paintwork lasts longer than anyone else's so a winner allround 👍

With the winter coming up and dark nights if you want to brighten your house up and save on your electric bill why not use a light reflective paint they have light reflective pigments in them and can make a big difference to the light reflected up to 50% more light there is a lot more you can do than low voltage bulbs lcd and solar if you want to reduce the amount you are paying in electric
