RDC Property Maintenance — Works Carried Out

Following completion of works at this customer’s relative’s property, we were instructed to carry out the same roof renovation here:

- âś… Strip and remove all existing roof tiles
- âś… Remove all old timber laths
- âś… Remove all existing underfelt
- âś… Supply and install new over-fascia vents
- âś… Supply and fit new eaves protection systems (EPS trays)
- âś… Supply and install new breathable roof underlay
- âś… Supply and fit new treated 2Ă—1 timber laths
- âś… Supply and lay new Smooth Grey Double Roman tiles

all work carried out via us comes with a full invoice along with a 15 year guarantee.

Another busy week here at RDC Property Maintenance! 🚧🏡

We were called in to sort out a tired old car‑port roof that had been leaking for years — causing all sorts of ongoing headaches. We provided a FREE no‑obligation quote, got the go‑ahead, and transformed it from start to finish. The results speak for themselves! 👇

Another new roof flat roof completed for us here at rdc property maintenance. We were asked if we could supply and fit new 18mms osb boards and furrings strips along with a new tourch on felt system to this 2 roofs and we happily gave a free quote and were asked to carry out the work.

Another week another new roof completed for us here at rdc property maintenance.

We removed all the old tiles
We removed all the old laths
We removed all the old felt
We removed the old tired guttering

We supplied and fitted new fibre felt
We supplied and fitted new treated 2x1 laths
We supplied and fitted new smooth grey double roman tiles
We also supllied and fitted new dry verge caps in grey
And finished the roof off a dry ridge system and new lead
We then fitted new fascia and guttering

Heres another flat roof completed by us here at rdc property maintenance we were asked it we could provide a quote to replace the old failed flat roof and roof joists. We gave a competitive price and we were asked to carry out the work.

We removed all the old felt
We removed all the old boards
We removed all the old roof joists

And we replaced it with

New 5x2 joists
New 18mm osb boards
New firestorm rubber roof
Along with new fascia and new guttering
Along with a skip to dispose of all the waste

Another week another new roof completed by us here at rdc property maintenance.

We were asked to provide a free quote to re-new the whole roof on this house.

The customer was more then happy with the quote and asked us to carry out the work.

We began by removing all the old tiles lath and felt.

We then supplied and fitted new breathable fibre felt

New treated 2x1 laths

New dark grey double roman tiles

We also fitted a new dry verge and dry ridge system.

We then addressed the old tired soffit fascia and guttering.

By removing the old guttering and supplying and fitting new white upvc soffit and fascia. And then to finish it off we fitted all new black round guttering and down pipes to give this old tired roof a new lease of life.

Here's another flat roof we at rdc completed recently.

We were asked to address the leaking fibre glass garage roof which had been fitted incorrectly in the first place.

So we removed all the old fibre glass
Then we removed all the old boards.

Then we supplied and fitted new 18mm osb boards
We also supplied new film on film underlay with a new charcoal tourch on cap sheet along with new fascia and guttering.

To give this customer peace of mind and a leak free garage roof.

All work done via ourselves comes with a 15 year guarantee and a full written invoice.

Here's a 3 layer tourch on felt system we at rdc property maintenance completed.

We were asked by a previous customer if we could complete a 3 layer tourch on felt system to there flat roof.

We gave there a very reasonable quote and we were asked to carry out the work

Here's another job we recently completed this customer asked if we could build a wrap around canopy along with building a porch to change the look of the front of the property.

So we set about achieving the desired effect the customer wanted.

A big thank you to everyone involved from the builder the window fitters the plaster and electrican.

The customer was over the moon with the finished article.
