Another transformation completed! 💪

This project involved a full strip-out and rebuild after discovering the previous installation had been done completely incorrectly. We removed approximately 80 tonnes of material from site, as there was no hardcore base whatsoever—the porcelain had simply been laid directly onto clay using a dot-and-dab method, which is guaranteed to cause movement and failure over time.

Our team carried out the job properly from the ground up:

✅ Excavated and removed 80 tonnes of unsuitable material
✅ Installed a new compacted hardcore sub-base to the correct specification
✅ Laid a stunning new porcelain patio on a full mortar bed
✅ Supplied and installed new artificial grass for a clean, low-maintenance finish
✅ Constructed a new reinforced concrete base ready for an outdoor office
