This is where we've been the last few month.
I've recently bought a renovation project to transform. The main difference so far is with the bathroom.
We've done a total rip out, back to the brick 🥶
A few sleepless nights later I've re-plumbed the bathroom, designed it around the Mrs and her Pinterest boards 😂
UPVC cladding for the walls, marble effect tiling and his & hers sinks and a black effect shower.

There's much more of the house we've transformed which is to come.

Managing to squeeze in this last few jobs before winter and the weather hits ❄️

Garden patio extended and a sleeper retaining wall put in to the customers request and preferences.

Original patio took up and re-layed with a stong solid base.

A lovely 12×12ft base in the corner which has been raised and reinforced for a long lifespan.
Paths added around the rear garden and front with all decorative gravel.

All prep work carried out to a high standard.
Full beds of mortar and the backs of the flags primed for a solid patio.

Left for 3 days to allow the patio to solidify, cleaned and washed down then grouted to add the final touch.

We're always taking on extra work over this busy summer period. No job too big or small. ☀️☀️

Very happy customers this weekend in Newton Aycliffe.

Old patio taken up, pressure washed and weeded.

New base established and relayed properly.
All brushed over with paving sand to give those joints a perfect finished look.
Red brick boarder added for a nice twist.
