I honestly couldn’t recommend Malcolm and his wife Sharon enough! They did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my floors both upstairs and downstairs, as well as regrouting the flooring, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results!
The attention to detail was incredible, particularly with the regrouting. They managed to match the grout to the tiles perfectly (previous was a poor colour choice). This was also added onto the job as Malcom and Sharon wanted to ensure the floor looked perfect. Everything looks so fresh and beautifully finished, like new floors. They’ve left the place spotless.
Beyond the quality of their work, they were both such lovely people. Friendly, kind, approachable and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they were reliable, lovely with my son and cats, professional and clearly take a huge amount of pride in what they do.
It’s not often you come across people who combine such excellent workmanship with genuinely lovely customer service. They went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to absolutely anyone. Thank you both so much!
