🌟 Returning customers are one of the greatest compliments we can receive.

This customer asked us to install a new alarm while making use of their existing sensors. Darren talked them through the available options, helped them choose the right system and left everything neat and tidy once the work was complete.

Thank you for choosing Circle Security again and for taking the time to share such lovely feedback.

🔢 Is everyone in your home using the same alarm code?
It might seem easier, but individual user codes can make your security system much more useful.

Separate codes allow you to:
✔️ Give family members their own access
✔️ Remove one person’s access without changing everyone else’s
✔️ Check who armed or disarmed the system
✔️ Create temporary access for trusted visitors or tradespeople

A modern control panel should make protecting your home simple while giving you greater control over who can enter.

🔥 Would you hear your smoke alarm if a fire started at the other end of your home?

That’s exactly why interlinked smoke and heat alarms are so important.

When one alarm detects smoke or heat, every linked alarm in your home sounds at the same time. So whether you’re upstairs asleep, watching TV or in another part of the house, you’re alerted as quickly as possible.

In Scotland, homes are required to have interlinked fire alarms, including:
🔥 A heat alarm in the kitchen
🔥 A smoke alarm in the room you use most
🔥 A smoke alarm in circulation spaces such as hallways and landings

Our wireless interlinked alarms have sealed lithium batteries lasting up to 10 years, so there’s no need to worry about regularly replacing batteries.

The important thing is simple. If there’s a fire anywhere in your home, you need to know about it quickly, wherever you are in the house.

Not sure whether your current smoke alarms meet the requirements? We can help you get the right protection in place.

Your security system works hard all year round.

Like any important piece of equipment, it performs best when it's properly maintained.

A routine service helps spot small issues before they become bigger problems and keeps your system ready when you need it most.

🐱 Do you avoid setting your alarm because of the cat?

Cats aren't exactly known for sitting still while you're out. One minute they're asleep on the sofa, the next they're exploring somewhere they're definitely not supposed to be. 😹

It's understandable to worry that all that movement could trigger your alarm, but a properly designed pet-friendly security system can take your cat into account while still protecting your home from genuine intruders.

That means your cat can carry on patrolling the house, jumping on furniture and generally acting like they own the place, while your security system gets on with its job too.

Everyone's happy. Especially the cat. Obviously. 🐾

🤔 If someone entered your garden tonight... would you know?

Not after they've left.
Not when you wake up tomorrow.
Right then.

Modern security systems don't just react after something happens.

They let you know immediately, giving you the chance to respond while it's happening. That's a very different kind of peace of mind.

Whether it's a camera alert, motion detection or a notification straight to your phone, knowing what's happening in real time can make all the difference.

Home security isn't just about recording events. It's about helping you act when it matters most.

📦 Parcels on the doorstep? Don't make them an invitation.

Online shopping has made life easier but parcels left outside can quickly attract unwanted attention.

A visible camera or video doorbell lets you:
✔️ See when deliveries arrive
✔️ Speak to delivery drivers remotely
✔️ Keep an eye on packages
✔️ Capture footage if anything goes missing

Even if you're at work, you're still connected to what's happening outside your home.

A little visibility can make a big difference.

🏡 Could someone tell your house is empty?

Most people think about locking the doors before heading away for the weekend.

Fewer people think about what their house looks like from the street.

Bins that haven't moved, curtains permanently closed and no lights coming on in the evening can all suggest nobody's home.

A modern security system helps create the impression that someone is always there.

✔️ Remote control from your phone
✔️ Smart lighting schedules
✔️ Instant alerts if anything happens
✔️ CCTV so you can check in whenever you want
It's not just about protecting your home. It's about removing the worry while you're away.
