Throwback to executing this gorgeous planting plan for a designer’s client last year. I dropped by recently for a routine maintenance visit and look how much it's grown in 1 year! (wait till the end!)🌿

Don't put the lawnmower away just yet! 🍂
As we head into November, the grass growth is slowing down, but it hasn’t stopped completely.

My number one tip for your lawn right now - Raise those mower blades! 🆙
Cutting your grass too short at this time of year weakens the roots and lets the winter moss take hold. Keeping the grass a bit longer allows it to absorb what little autumn sunlight we get, keeping the root system strong and healthy through the frost.

Who says shade has to be boring? 🌿✨

We love the striking silhouette of the Tasmanian Tree Fern (Dicksonia antarctica), they instantly transform a damp shady border into a lush, architectural feature. The texture of their fibrous trunk paired with those sprawling fronds is unmatched!

We love Aster 'Chatterbox'. It has a brilliant, neat bushy habit and stays covered in these stunning pastel lilac flowers well into October, making it the perfect autumn pick-me-up for garden.

Lifting and dividing Bearded Irises is essential to keep them healthy and blooming beautifully year after year. 🌿

As you can see, these rhizomes have formed a great cluster! By lifting them and carefully dividing them now, we prevent overcrowding and set the stage for a spectacular display next season. 🌸
