🏡 ANOTHER TRANSFORMATION TAKING SHAPE WITH ELY CONSTRUCTION!

What started as a plan is now becoming an incredible transformation — and this home is becoming almost unrecognisable!

From heating, mains water rerouting, a new electrical consumer unit and downstairs rewire, to new kitchen, major structural openings with three steel installations, concrete lintels, new windows and aluminium doors, 3 veluxs for good measure and all new second fix electrical sockets, switches and all sorts of cool lighting 😎— we’re bringing this home into a completely new era.

Add a brand-new downstairs shower room, study, dining space, full boarding and plastering, brickwork and carefully levelled screed flooring, and you can see just how much goes into creating a home that works beautifully for modern living.

But the best part? Seeing an amazing couple watch their vision become reality, knowing they’ve invested in their home and the way they live in it.

Thinking about a renovation, extension or transforming your existing space? We can help you develop the plan, bring the ideas together and deliver the finished result.

A busy week across the projects! 🏠

Two separate projects are now progressing through the plasterboarding and kitchen stages — with one kitchen being fitted alongside custom-built elements, while flooring areas are being prepared and levelled ready for the final finishes.

The second project is now at plasterboard stage and will be plastered next week, ready for the kitchen installation to follow.

We’re also getting ready to start another exciting extension, with footings and oversite preparation coming up, while continuing second-fix work for a repeat client.

Lots happening, lots more to come — and we’re always happy to meet new clients and discuss how we can help bring your project together from start to finish.

All projects are progressing nicely, with the team and trades continuing to deliver to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

We’ve got some exciting meetings coming up, a few projects already booked in, and some great opportunities developing behind the scenes.

We’re genuinely grateful to be able to work alongside so many great local clients and be trusted with their projects. It means a lot to us as a local business.

Plenty to look forward to, and we’re excited for what’s next. 🏗️💪

Another fantastic stage of this project now complete 😍🏡

The building is now fully enclosed and super-insulated, with two extra-large Velux windows bringing an incredible amount of natural light into the space, alongside the new windows and doors.

The knock-throughs are complete, with all structural lintels now installed and everything prepared for the next stage — plasterboarding and transforming this space into something really special.

From the initial plans and structural work through to the finer finishing stages, we take pride in being able to manage projects properly from start to finish, bringing the right experience, trades and attention to detail together along the way.

If you’ve already got plans and are looking for a builder who can help bring them to life, we’d be more than happy to sit down, go through your drawings and talk through what’s involved.

We’ve got some exciting projects and meetings coming up over the next couple of weeks, with some great designs already taking shape 👀

If you’re considering an extension, renovation or new build, get in touch. We’d love to hear what you’ve got planned.
