A weekly group for children aged 1-4 years which aims to develop their early learning skills in a hands-on environment.

Each week is based on a different animal or Farm activity. (Term time only)
Wednesdays 10-11:30 + 12.30-2
Thursdays 10-11:30 + 12.30-2

To all our Little Farmers who joined us at South Angle Farm Park this term, thank you!! You have all been amazing and nothing showed that better than by how brave and how careful you were with our spiders this week! 🕷️🕸️

You were also very brave with a very scary (but friendly) dinosaur too! 🦖

Little farmers, you have been fantastic over the past two weeks with our rabbits and our ducks!

We met our giant rabbits, Hattie and Dorie, made them some snuffle tubes and then made our own bunny ears! You were all very calm and gentle with our bunnies 💚🩵🐇🐇

For duck week we made some pots with peas in water for our ducks to eat from. The ducks were a bit nervous at first but you were all very patient and after a while they came over and started taking peas from us! 🦆🦆

We are currently planning next term's little farmers so if you have any suggestions of themes or any animals you want to meet, drop us a message. We would love to hear from you! 😊

Little Farmers, our goats had a fantastic time with you at South Angle Farm Park! 🐐🐐

We took them for a walk and you were all brilliant at holding the leads and even doing some agility with them! 🪜🤸

The goats are our cheekiest animals on the farm! They knocked over their treat bucket, wanted to play on the pumpkin patch, tangled up their leads, tried to climb in with the llamas AND... refused to go back home at the end! You all handled it LIKE PROS! 🌟🌟🌟

We also made our own paper bag goat puppets, with some fabulous beards 💅

Little Farmers you were all amazing with our Donkeys at South Angle Farm Park!

We met Merlin and Martha, groomed them and then took them for walks 🫏

Then we painted our own donkeys, using toothbrushes to make the paint look like fur. We had lots of fun mixing colours! 🎨🪥

See you all next week! If it's dry we'll meet our goats, if it's rainy then we might meet our rabbits! Our goat agility course is in the longer grass and there are a few thistles so please wear sensible shoes 🥾

WOW! Little farmers you have been busy at South Angle Farm Park!

This week we made a forage tray for our chickens, (which they loved!), we met our new chicks (and mummy hen kindly let us have a cuddle with them) 🐤 Then we made our own paper plate chickens 🐓🐔

Last week we fed all our sheep, goats and pigs. Then we made our own sheep using real wool very kindly gifted from our lovely sheep 🐑

We still have spaces on Thursday afternoons if you would like to join us 🫏

Thursday mornings are sold out! But we still have a few spaces in our Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon sessions.

Little Farmers you have been amazing!

At South Angle Farm Park this week our little farmers washed all of our tortoises so that their shells are nice and shiny 🐢🧼🫧

Congratulations to all our little farmers who graduated, you are all brilliant little farmers and have been fantastic with all our animals! Wishing you all the best on your next adventures 🥾🧭🌳

We will be back in September to meet more of our animals! 🐐🫏

This week Little Farmers at South Angle Farm Park did a nature a hunt and used what we found to make nature crowns!

Your nature crowns all looked fantastic!

Next week is our last week, we will be doing a tortoise wash! If your child is leaving little farmers to start school in September, please message me your child's name and I will make a graduation certificate for them.
