We currently have a vacancy for a Handyman/Handywoman in County Durham.

Key Responsibilities:

- External Upkeep: Maintain the exterior of a shopping centre in the DH8 area, including weeding, litter picking, reporting bulk waste to the office, and general grounds maintenance.
- Property Repairs & Maintenance: Perform internal and external general repairs, grounds upkeep, and internal cleaning for apartment blocks across County Durham.

Requirements:

- Excellent timekeeping and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation to arrive at each site on time.
- Strong communication skills to maintain high client satisfaction.

Another full refurb completed on deadline of 6 weeks this time in Norton , before and after pictures. Our refurb team are moving straight on to the next one in Hartlepool.

Our maintenance teams are out on the road dealing with planned and reactive maintenance at a rapid rate.
