Forget haunted houses. Have you ever tried managing your own house renovation? 👻

Missing trades, delayed materials, unexpected surprises behind walls and approximately 400 phone calls trying to get everyone in the right place at the right time.

Now THAT'S scary. 🎃

The thing about renovating your home is that everyone gets excited about the before and after.

But the bit in the middle? That's where things can get a little frightening.

Luckily, River.ODP are builders AND project managers across East Sussex and Kent.

We coordinate the trades, manage schedules, organise deliveries and tackle the unexpected problems that crop up during your renovation.

So whether you're planning a house extension, kitchen renovation, bathroom refurbishment or a larger home improvement project, you don't have to face the scary bits alone.

You dream about the finished home. We'll deal with the nightmares in between. 👻

Everyone LOVES a good renovation before and after.

But nobody really talks about the DURING.

The part where your electrician can't make it, which means your plasterer needs moving.

The materials haven't arrived, but the trades have.

The skip needs collecting, the delivery needs rearranging, and someone's just uncovered a problem nobody was expecting.

And suddenly, you're spending your lunch breaks making phone calls, chasing trades and trying to work out who's meant to be doing what next.

Not quite the exciting home renovation you had in mind, is it?

This is exactly why River.ODP is more than just a building company.

We're builders AND project managers working across East Sussex and Kent.

We don't just turn up and do the building work.

We organise the trades, coordinate schedules, manage deliveries, deal with unexpected problems and keep the whole project moving.

We've spent years building relationships with reliable, experienced tradespeople, so you don't have to start from scratch finding everyone yourself.

And you have one point of contact throughout.

We can't promise there won't be any hiccups along the way, we CAN make sure you're not the one spending every spare minute trying to sort them out.

You focus on the AFTER. We'll take care of the DURING. 🙌

You know how lovely your conservatory has been at the start of autumn?

Well… it’s about to become uninhabitable again right about now. 🌧️🥶

The temperature’s dropping, the rain is hammering down, and suddenly that lovely extra room starts feeling more like somewhere you quickly pass through rather than somewhere you actually want to sit.

If your conservatory is freezing in winter and roasting in summer, the problem could be what’s above your head.

A warm roof conversion can help create a much better insulated, more comfortable space that you can actually enjoy throughout the year - not just when the British weather decides to cooperate.

So rather than shutting the doors on your conservatory until spring, it might be time to make it a proper part of your home.

River.ODP installs conservatory warm roofs across East Sussex and Kent.

You don’t have to take our word for it… our clients say it better than we ever could. 👏

When you’re trusting someone with your home, you want more than just good workmanship.

You want a team that turns up, communicates, solves problems and keeps the whole project moving - without you having to chase five different trades yourself.

That’s exactly what we do at River.ODP.

We’re builders AND project managers, helping homeowners across East Sussex and Kent take the stress out of renovations, extensions and home improvement projects.

From organising trusted trades and managing schedules to dealing with the inevitable changes that crop up along the way, we take care of the moving parts behind the scenes.

So you can spend less time managing your renovation and more time looking forward to the finished result.

Your garden has more potential than you think 👀

If you're looking for a team to create a proper space for BBQs, somewhere to sit with a coffee, or you’re simply fed up with looking at a garden that doesn’t quite work - we can help transform it.

Our decking and landscaping services across Sussex and Kent can include everything from:

– Composite or timber decking
– Porcelain and natural stone patios
– Artificial grass
– Fencing and garden features
– Full garden landscaping and renovations

And because we can manage the different trades and stages of the job, you don’t have to spend your time trying to coordinate everyone yourself.

Just one team, one point of contact and a garden that’s actually designed to be used.

Planning a garden transformation for next spring or summer? Now’s a very good time to start getting it in the diary.

Meet the women behind River.ODP 👋

You might see our builders day in, day out - doing the heavy lifting and bringing your project to life.

But behind the scenes? A whole lot is happening to keep that project moving.

Meet Kirsty and Giovanna.

They’re the ones making the calls, organising trades, booking skips, sorting paperwork, answering questions, chasing things up, and generally keeping all those moving parts moving.

Basically, all the tedious, time-consuming bits of managing a building project that you really don’t want to be dealing with yourself.

Because that’s a huge part of what we do at River.ODP

We’re not just here to provide the trades. We manage the project for you.

And once your project gets underway, Kirsty and Giovanna are two of the behind-the-scenes angels helping make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Quite simply, we couldn’t do it without them.

11/10/2026

After 20+ years in the trade, you get to know who’s good. And who’s REALLY good.

We’ve got plenty of experience in-house at River.ODP, but when a project needs another specialist trade, we know exactly who to call.

After more than two decades working in this industry, I’ve built strong relationships with some of the best tradespeople around Sussex and Kent.

And good trades are busy. Really busy.

That’s where those relationships matter.

We’re not scrambling around trying to find someone available halfway through your renovation. We know who we trust, we know the standard of their work, and we can coordinate the right people at the right stages of the job.

It means less waiting around, fewer delays and a project that keeps moving according to plan.

That’s a big part of your experience when you choose River.ODP for full project management.

20+ years of experience - and 20+ years of knowing the right people.
