🏡 LOFT TRANSFORMATION PROGRESS

What started as an unused loft space is now taking shape as a fully functional part of the home. 🔨✨

At this stage, we’ve already:
▪️ Extended the loft to maximise the available space
▪️ Built the new partition walls
▪️ Created space for a shower room & WC
▪️ Added bespoke built-in storage
▪️ Installed new electrics throughout
▪️ Built a brand-new staircase providing access to the loft

And we’re not finished yet… 👀

Finally, the steel beams are in place for our rear extension project! 💪
This is a major milestone, and with the structural steel installed, the build can really start moving forward.

🏗️ Loft Conversion Progress Update

We’re now entering one of the most important structural stages of this loft conversion.

The existing steel beams are being carefully removed to create the opening for the new rear dormer. New structural steelwork will then be installed to support the redesigned loft layout and provide the strength needed for the new living space.

Every stage is completed with precision, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship.
