Unfortunately over the last few months we have been aware of a situation developing involving a very good friend to the business and myself personally.

Ali has aided Dickson Timber throughout his career and brought only good into our lives with his expertise in the industry and excellent service.

Over the last 4 years since we have expanded, Ali believed in me, helped me, called me at my low points and celebrated with me at my highest points such as winning the TTJ Small Timber Business of The Year Awards.

This week Ali and his family have received the worst possible outcome and he has been diagnosed with MND (Motor Neurone Disease).

This has crushed Ali and his family, and has hit myself hard.

Ali is ambitious, clever and always forward driven with his top priorities and principles aligned correctly with the care of his loving wife and children.

I’m not one to ask anybody for help, I’m too stubborn and will always manage without. Today I am out of options and please ask that anyone who knew Ali to donate, and if you don’t know Ali please share a pound or 2 for me.

Thanks

Ben Dickson

Matthew was tackling a DIY fence project and needed a bit of patience from us while he got it right. Great panels, quick delivery, job done. dicksontimber.co.uk
