Prompt service, very knowledgeable about the stone damage. They did a fantastic job, the floor looks new by the time they were finished. Very clean and professional service. Would highly recommend them.

Our old Norfolk Pamment tiles have never looked so good! Long neglected, they are now lovely to look at and walk on. Thank you to Nick and Sally for care and attention paid to our old flooring!

Professional from initial contact via email, telephone and face to face. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Large brick floor in our new property that had not been cleaned for years. Sally and Nick worked very hard from the moment they arrived. The end result was unbelievable, it looked as if a new floor had been laid. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, you will not be disappointed.

We are absolutely stunned by the results, so pleased with how the floor looks - it’s unrecognisable (in a good way). Nick and Sally were also very lovely, knowledgeable and helpful.

A Terrazzo renovation I recently completed at Melville & Sons which is a newly refurbished w**e bar and restaurant in the old part of Norwich city centre just outside the gates of the Cathedral Close. One of the features of the bar is a specially imported Italian Terrazzo slab bar top which as you can see from the photos was not looking its best.

We are absolutely delighted with the work Nick and Sally from Tile Doctor did on the floors at my parents' house. They were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and the transformation was fantastic. They took great care with the floors, explained the process clearly and made everything straightforward from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for more from them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality tile restoration service.

We're really pleased with the renovation of our 200 year old kitchen pamment flooring Nick and Sally carried out. Can' believe it's the same floor. Very professional service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They were fantastic. The result was miles better than I expected. The Terracotta Norfolk tiles were literally transformed. Nicholas and Sally clearly have a huge amount of knowledge and with the correct machinery, cleaning agents and sealants the floor looked amazing ! I was very pleased with the result. Would 100% recommend

So pleased with the refurbishment of reclaimed Polish brick and quarry tile floors. Our friends and neighbours have been very complimentary and we have already been asked for Nick and Sally’s contact details by two of them, which of course we have been very happy to pass on.
