Did you know ? That ‘DrGreen’ still offer landscaping , fencing and low maintenance gravel services for gardens or driveways

Here’s a looking back at a few landscaping works completed

A Rear sloped garden turned in a raised bed area using sleepers, I’ve a cut out in the Bankside for seating. Lawns levelled and returned

Heavy steep backside with old steps and nothing else exciting

Totally Transformed using sleepers &decorative slate

Rear garden required full new fencing , garden level out and returned then a raised decking area with steps built

If you’ve a property you’re thinking about renovating.

There's a disease killing ash trees across the country, and right now is the best time of year to spot it.

It's called ash dieback. A fungus that blocks the tree's water system, kills the shoots, and over a few years can bring the whole tree down.

Here's why summer matters.

A healthy ash should be in full, thick leaf by now. So a struggling one gives itself away. The crown looks thin and see-through. Bare, dead twigs stick up above the leaves. You get tufts of new growth sprouting low on the trunk, where the tree is trying to fight back. Later in the year, when every tree is dropping leaves anyway, all of that hides. So now is when it shows.

The bit that catches people out. A diseased ash gets brittle fast. The wood dries and goes unpredictable, which makes it more dangerous to climb and more likely to fail without warning. A tree that could have come down cleanly last year can become a far bigger job, and a far bigger risk, if it's left.

Not every ash with a thin crown needs felling. Some hold on for years, and a few seem to resist it. But if you've got an ash near the house, the drive, or a road, it's worth knowing what you're dealing with while you can actually see it.

Removal of 50 conifers for a regular commercial client, Sterling Pharma in cramlington.

We reduced these back in late 2019, during a rainy November, however the sun has been shining the whole duration this time.

Much appreciated is the help from

Dr Green - TreeSurgeon

Looking to see if there’s any need for a groundsman / 2nd climber as a subby to other firms?

Good for networking which is something I’ve never really done or had to in 15years

Spent Many years running jobs on my own , lowering the ropes for climbers on the bigger trees, dealing with clients, organising / completing many site clearances over the years on decent commercial contracts.

I’m Now Based in Lanton Jedburgh up in the Scottish Borders for past 4 years

after packing up and upping sticks from a very good business to relocate (into a smaller demographic area so works not what it used to be)

Still have accommodation in Gateshead for when I’m doing work in Northumberland, Tyneside , Durham (old work area)

Also have available
norcar loader & grab
Tracked grinder
Tracked chipper
Clean presentable Arb transit
Hilux for hard to reach places 🙂
WP36 processor for firewood

If I’m of any use. Try me. Why not
