Another stage of this project underway! 👷‍♂️

We’ve carefully removed the existing roughcast to expose the original masonry and prepare the surface for the installation of brick slips. The new brick-slip finish will help transform the appearance of the building while complementing the existing brickwork and stone detailing. A lot of preparation goes into achieving a clean, professional finish, and this is an important step in getting the wall ready for the next stage. 🧱🔨

We’ve now fitted the new roof tiles, giving the garage a clean, finished look while providing a durable and weather-resistant roof. Another quality job taking shape from the ground up! 🔨🏡

Another job completed in Wishaw! 🔨

We created a brand-new opening, installed new drainage and laid matching monoblock to finish the area off perfectly. We then supplied, installed and fitted these stunning 4-panel bi-fold doors, giving the property a fantastic new connection between the home and garden. Another quality job completed by our team from start to finish! 👌🏡

🪵 Another Job Uncovered at Prestwick

What looked like a routine job at our Prestwick site uncovered a serious woodworm infestation in the existing joists.

As you can see from the photos, the timber had suffered extensive damage, with the wood riddled with holes and significantly weakened in places.

Rather than take any chances, the old damaged joists were carefully removed and replaced with new structural timber, ensuring the floor structure is safe, solid and built to last.

It’s a great reminder of why thorough inspections are so important — problems like this can often be hidden until the timber is exposed.

🏗️ New Job Underway in Kilmarnock!

We’ve made a start on a new project in Kilmarnock, with the existing garage now taken down to make way for a brand-new block brick garage. 🔨🏠

The old structure is out and we’re getting the site prepared for the new build. We’re looking forward to seeing this one take shape over the coming weeks!

A lot has happened on site since our last update! 👷‍♂️

✔️ Drainage installation completed
✔️ Ground prepared and compacted ready for the floor slab
✔️ Floor slab concrete poured
✔️ 5m Slap out underway

The project is really starting to take shape, with the groundwork phase complete and the next stages moving ahead smoothly. We’re looking forward to sharing more updates as this extension continues to come together. 🔨🏠
