YES THEY REALLY ARE THAT BIG |
Now unloaded & photographed after rolling them through the barn to the photo area!
Exceptional decorative Chinese rice w**e storage jars dating from 1930s -1940s, sourced from Shanxi province in northern China. Measuring approximately 95cm high and 80cm wide, these substantial glazed pottery vessels have deeply textured surfaces with vertical incised markings beneath a rich dark brown glaze. Their generous proportions make them statement decorative pieces for large interior spaces, courtyards or gardens. Particularly impressive positioned either side of a grand entrance, doorway or gateway. More info on the website

WHAT WOULD YOU USE THAT FOR |
We often get asked this question in store, as so many of our pieces are reclaimed & had a previous use, like these Chakki boards that were used for rolling out chapati. They make the perfect stand next to your sink to hold your soap, or next to a cooker for your oils & seasonings. Alternatively use as a serving board.
What would you use yours for?
Each one available online £38
