This was a project 6 months in the making, meeting with the new client and discussing the bathroom was the first step.
Once the date was in the diary, it was time for the client to make those difficult decisions. Big tiles, small tiles, brass, nickel, chrome and then the white goods. The list is long but the time taken was really used well. The room is deceptively larger than it looks and with the larger tiles it accommodates them well.
The room was completely insulated from floor to ceiling and noggings fitted to give the floor strength and durability. Once that was done it was down to putting the room back together.
This has been a real joy to work on as the most difficult ones give the biggest rewards. It was made easier by the hospitality and top notch portuguese coffee served up at regular intervals. I now consider my self a connoisseur.
The only things left to do are the new door to be painted and the electrical works completed. I will share the photos once they are done.
Lastly a huge thank you to the client for choosing me to do the work. It was a real pleasure and you now have your home back after 3 weeks of graft. Enjoy your new space 😀
As always thanks for looking,
Russ
