Job completed today for some lovely customers in CA

Polystyrene tiles and lining paper had been removed by the customer who wanted to keep the coving in situ.

Cracks scrim taped, ceiling primed and skimmed ready for a fresh lick of paint 🎨

I dont usually talk about money or prices on social media but for some reasons so many plasterers turn down these patch up jobs after a rewire jobs. Maybe they think they're too fiddly or too much sheeting up etc but the reality is they're some of the best earners.

£1080 all in for this small 3 bed.
£180 in materials
£900 for labour

Day 1 day sheeting and prepping
Day 2 bonding all chases and downstairs top coats
Day 3 upstairs top coating in 2 small mixes

Home by lunch time each day. £300 per day. Far easier on the body. Cant go wrong 👌
