grind and repointed 20 sq mtr .
added a drip lath around the edge off the roof perimeter to stop water running down the render. added a torch on felt drips with a wooden drip insert .primed all the edges to create a better stronger bond to the old roof felt .render is coming off on this job to be renewed 🙌. please get intouch for your free quote 👍🏻

reboarded over adding 3 layer system. putting mineral edges .painted solar paint .ground repointed chimney.

years of problems patched up so much over years never cured .3 inch therings 18mm 8x4 boards. bladt from past pour and roll bitchimun to get that good seal to the chipping roof and to seal ever crack and slice.top layer of 5mm torch on black mineral .problems solved and we had the rain to prove it 😌. please get intouch for your free quote 👍🏻
