For anyone new here, this is Ray.

He’s been working in property improvements for 16 years, with bathrooms and kitchens being two of his favourite projects to take on.

From dated and closed off to a completely transformed space 🙌

Ray took this one right back and completely reworked the layout to make much better use of the space.

Walls knocked down, the old back door removed and sealed up to create more room, followed by a full new kitchen installation and everything left ready to be decorated.

Such a difference from where it started! 😍

Making unused space work harder 👷‍♂️

This patch of grass is being transformed into a practical new parking area, making much better use of the space around the property.

Ground dug out ✔️
Membrane down ✔️
Sub base going in and compacted ✔️

A fair bit of groundwork goes into something that looks so simple when it’s finished!

We might have been a little quieter on social media recently, but behind the scenes we've been busier than ever! 👷‍♂️🏡

Over the last few weeks we've been: 🛁 Fitting new bathrooms 🏠 Renovating landlord properties 🎨 And we're currently on site at Vacuum & Pressure Limited in Morley, carrying out repoint of their building.

It's always great to work on projects of all sizes, from home improvements to commercial premises, and we can't wait to show you the finished result.
