Another project underway for one of our regular clients.

We have been commissioned to completely refurbish this dining room, including blocking up an existing doorway, installing 10 new LED spotlights, re-skimming the entire room, decorating with premium Dulux Easy Clean Silk paint for a durable, wipeable finish, and fitting brand new laminate flooring.

We only started at the beginning of this week and we are already halfway through. The plastering stage is now complete and everything is on schedule for handover this Sunday.

Another transformation completed by Adaptive Property Maintenance.

We were commissioned to carefully repoint this beautiful curved 1930s brick wall that had deteriorated over the years and was beginning to fall into disrepair. Every old mortar joint was raked out by hand before being professionally repointed, restoring both the strength and the original character of the wall.

It is always rewarding to preserve original brickwork rather than replace it, especially on period features like this.

🚨 Emergency Call Out Completed in Just 2 Days 🚨

We were contacted at the last minute after a dangerous boundary wall was reported as being at risk of collapse. The council had already raised concerns, so the priority was to make the area safe as quickly as possible.

Our team attended promptly and carefully dismantled the unstable wall to a safe height, removing the immediate danger. During the work, we discovered the existing fence was also beyond repair, so we supplied and installed a brand new timber fencing system to fully secure the boundary.

From emergency call out to a safe, professional finish, the entire project was completed in just 2 days.
