🚪 Front Door Upgrade

This front door had seen better days, with the weather strip deteriorated over time and the external weather cill suffering from significant rot.

With the resident having mobility issues, the damaged cill also presented a potential trip hazard, so it was important to address the issue promptly.

🔨 We replaced:
• The worn weather strip on the door
• The rotten external weather cill
• Restored the entrance to a safer, more weather-resistant condition

Another small job making a big difference — improving both the appearance and safety of the property.

🍽️ Kitchen transformation – Netherton
Another kitchen project completed by Prometheus Property Services in Netherton.
This one came with a few extra challenges. The kitchen had been recently fitted in another property, so rather than starting with a brand-new kitchen, we were tasked with carefully removing, adapting and reinstalling it into its new home.
That meant working around existing units, appliances, plumbing and the layout of the new property — with a fair bit of problem-solving along the way!
The result is a clean, practical kitchen that has been given a second life, while keeping costs down for the customer. 🔨
Another job completed. Another property improved.

Another ceiling brought back to life 👌

This one had cracking and loose plaster, so it needed more than just a quick patch-up.

We stripped back the problem areas, prepared the surface properly and plastered the ceiling to give it a clean, fresh finish ready for decorating.

🧱 Brickwork Reinstatement
Another small job, but a big difference! 👌

After external ducting was installed, we were left with an old opening that needed putting right. We rebuilt the brickwork using matching/reclaimed bricks and finished it with fresh mortar to blend it back into the existing wall.
Neat, solid and built to last. 🔨
