West Palm Beach has become a destination in its own right for investment, business and luxury residential development. As demand continues to grow for thoughtfully designed waterfront homes, Maison d’Or South Flagler will add a distinct new address to the city's evolving residential landscape.
Designed to capture sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Atlantic Ocean and city skyline, the boutique 39-residence tower combines contemporary architecture with timeless proportions.
A refined palette of natural stone, white stucco, laminated glass and metal detailing creates a calm, elegant character that sits comfortably within its waterfront setting.
A private porte-cochère leads into a grand lobby and amenity level, which opens onto a lush pool deck overlooking the Intracoastal and Palm Beach Island.
Each residence has been designed around space, light and outdoor living, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors extending interiors onto generous terraces.
Beyond the residence experience, the project contributes to the public realm. A pedestrian walkway connects Washington Road and Flagler Drive, while increased setbacks, landscaped open space and terracing create a more welcoming streetscape. The absence of surface parking allows for additional planting, with native species and living green walls helping to buffer the building's service areas.
Maison d'Or will add a new layer to West Palm Beach's waterfront, pairing private luxury with a stronger connection to the public realm.
