A little fridge. A big helping hand.

When a customer came to Wellingtons after being let down elsewhere, they needed a fridge freezer and some help while they waited.

Our team arranged a mini fridge on loan to keep them going. When the new fridge freezer didn’t fit, our delivery team took careful measurements and we found a suitable alternative.

“I was badly let down by Curry's, so went to Wellingtons.”

Sometimes things don’t go to plan. Having a team who’ll help put them right makes all the difference.

“Mega impressed with the level of knowledge and expertise.”

A customer visited our Bromley showroom to choose a new fridge freezer. Our colleague talked them through the options, answered every question and gave them the time to make the right decision. When they changed their mind about the colour the next day, we updated the order.

Our delivery team then moved their old fridge freezer to the garage, installed the new one in a tricky spot and explained how to get the best from it.

Their verdict? “We are glad we found this place and will definitely shop there for all our future appliance needs.”

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We’ll make sure the Bromley and delivery teams see it!

Not all superheroes wear capes…

At 4pm, a customer came to us in a panic after their fridge freezer broke down during the heat.

As a Type 1 diabetic, they rely on their fridge to keep essential medication stored safely and their repair company couldn’t visit until Monday.

Our team helped them find a suitable replacement and did everything possible to arrange delivery first thing the following morning.

This is exactly what shopping locally is about: real people listening, understanding and doing everything they can to help when it matters most.

A huge well done to the Wellingtons team and thank you to our customer for taking the time to share such kind words.
