Another project approved. We are so proud this one as full width extensions have been refused in the local area over the past few years and they have had to build into their gardens more to give them the internal space they desire. Our design gave careful consideration of rooflines and neighbours outlooks to ensure we got this one over the line! Now to build it🥴 2027 is going to be another busy year 💪🏼

Currently designing shower and bathrooms this is one we did last year. By adding 1m to this room it allows for this stunning shower with curved wall. Marie Kalsi Interior Design

Since receiving planning permission on this project we have been busy getting it ready for builders to start in November. So we are talking drain surveys, build over agreements, party wall agreements, structural calculations, air conditioning, building control and final costs! Not the sexy stuff but essential, this is why we are more than just interior design. We are interior architects we not only design the space for our clients but we deliver it from start to finish. So they can get on with their lives whilst we renovate their homes for them😀

Crazy first week back at it🥴

Another great shower room created by splitting one large room into two. With the amazing attention to detail you would never know that it wasn’t always there😀
