One entrance hall, two very different directions. Which would you choose?

For this Highgate home in North London, our clients were deciding between two beautiful credenzas.

Option 1: Warm timber with delicate brass inlay, curved edges and a more contemporary, geometric design.

Option 2: A lighter, sculptural piece with flowing, organic detailing and a beautifully textured finish.

Visualisations are an important part of our design process, helping clients picture how individual pieces will work within a space, alongside the lighting, finishes and architectural details, before making their final decisions.

The finished entrance hall has now been photographed, and we’ll be sharing the reveal very soon.

But first, which do you think our clients chose? 1 or 2?

A little Crete photo diary 🇬🇷

Beautiful interiors, ancient olive trees, natural textures and endless shades of blue.

Clearly, the interior design obsession doesn’t stop on holiday.

Safe to say I loved it. 🤍

Kitchens & Joinery for Modern Living is always a highlight of the design calendar and this year was particularly inspiring.

Sculptural lighting, intricate textiles and furniture that blurs the line between art and design. We loved the contrast of polished metals with raw, tactile materials, the influence of nature in so many of the forms, and the playful use of colour and texture throughout.

Above all, a wonderful celebration of craftsmanship, creativity and pieces with real personality. So many ideas to take away!

A closer look at the en suite bathroom at The Mews House.

Beautifully veined marble, polished fittings and soft, warm lighting give this space a timeless feel.

A lovely example of how traditional details and modern comforts can work together in a London home.

The beautiful part is only half the job. A good interior designer also saves you from expensive mistakes, opens up access to the trade and keeps every moving part on track.

Swipe for three reasons it pays to bring in the right person early.

Why do interior designers visit suppliers in person?

Because proportion, comfort, materials and craftsmanship are things you need to properly see and feel for yourself.

A recent visit to gave me the chance to do exactly that, while discovering new pieces and details for future projects.

A little behind the scenes at our Lakeview photoshoot 📸

Shoot days are always fun, a few final styling tweaks, fresh flowers and some cushion chopping! It’s a great part of my job, seeing everything come together.

Before it becomes part of a room, there’s this.

A closer look at our bespoke colourway of Riviere Rugs Supernova design for our City Project, taking shape on the loom.

Seeing the hands behind the finished piece brings home just how much skill, time and patience goes into every detail.

A restaurant interior with a lot going on, but nothing feels accidental.

From mirrored ceilings and deep burgundy tones to playful ceramics and personal artwork, Carlotta is a good reminder that maximalism works best when there’s a strong thread running through it.

A few details I’m stealing for future schemes 👀
