Joel went back to this gym we did 6 years ago and spruced up the cladding with a couple of coats of oil. Swipe to see a shot during construction which shows how much the cladding can fade to grey.

Some pictures of a recently finished project near Harpenden.

Our clients needed a quiet place to work and also workout.

Halfway through the project air conditioning was added because the heat wave kicked in.

It’s been a pleasure to offer a solution to a family of 3 living in a flat in South London who needed a bit of extra space. The initial enquiry came from A (who cuts hair for a living) who said his daughter (17ish) needed some extra space, Obvz. This was backed up by L who is a midwife and helped get the wheels in motion. Being a flat it required planning permission so we went for extra height to make it worthwhile spending the money on the application.

Bathroom not done yet but the pipes are a piping & ready when they are.

Perhaps we can revisit one day once they have moved in properly.
