We’re Hiring: Sales, Administration & Social Media Coordinator
📍 Location: Maghera
🕒 Hours: Flexible — to be discussed
💰 Rate of pay: Depending on experience
We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team, supporting the day to day running of RC and Luxora
This is a varied office-based role for someone who enjoys working with customers, keeping things organised and getting creative with social media. You’ll be a key point of contact across both businesses and help make sure enquiries, orders and daily administration run smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and social media.
Providing sales support, including preparing quotes, following up enquiries and helping customers through the ordering process.
Processing orders and keeping customer records up to date.
Managing general office administration, paperwork and day-to-day tasks
Creating and scheduling social media posts, stories and other content for both businesses.
Taking photos and videos of products, projects or behind-the-scenes activity.
Monitoring and responding to social media messages and comments.
Helping to identify opportunities to promote the businesses and attract new customers.
Working closely with the team to keep everything organised and moving.
What we’re looking for:
A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people.
Someone organised, reliable and able to manage their own workload.
Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
Confidence using social media, including Instagram and Facebook.
Comfortable using a computer, email and everyday office software.
Previous experience in sales, administration, customer service or social media would be beneficial.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to become an important part of two growing businesses. Hours can be flexible and the rate of pay will depend on experience.
