After all the stick I've had for saying £30 an hour, I've decided to put my rates up to £35. 😂

130m² of ceilings, curves and awkward angles.

Two plasterers. 3 hours. £180 labour.

Still too dear? 🤣

Another job completed today in Norton in Hales. 👍

Full plastering works carried out, including ceilings, walls, reveals and finishing around the original brick fireplace.

Really pleased with how this one has turned out. The exposed brickwork and timber lintel will make a lovely feature once the room is finished.

35 years in the trade and still enjoy seeing a job come together.

£30 an hour for a plasterer. Expensive?

If the room's fully prepped, I can skim it in 3 hours. That's £90 in labour.

Internal angles… bead them or freehand them?

And before the detectives arrive, the boards are a year old and were stored in the customer's garage. That's why there's bonding on them. 🤣
