Have you noticed your block paving becoming uneven, dipping in places or starting to move?

It might look like a small problem now, but 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! 👷‍♂️

Here's what can cause problems:

🧱 𝗨𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 — paving that has moved or dropped.

💧 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 — dips where rainwater collects.

🌱 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 — a common nuisance with block paving.

🚧 𝗔 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — inadequate ground preparation or a poorly compacted sub-base can contribute to sinking.

A driveway isn't just about how it looks on top. Proper excavation, a suitable sub-base, compaction and drainage all play an important role in a long-lasting finish. 💪

Ever wondered how resin-bound driveways handle water? 👀

Watch as the water passes straight through the surface! 💦

A properly installed permeable resin-bound driveway allows water to drain through the surface, helping reduce surface water build-up. 🏡

Thinking about upgrading your driveway? Before you decide, here's something worth considering! 👇

🧱 𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗞 𝗣𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚
✔️ Individual blocks with a traditional look
✔️ Lots of colours and patterns
❌ Joints can allow weeds to grow
❌ Blocks can move or sink if the base isn't prepared properly

✔️ A seamless finish with no individual blocks
✔️ Choose from a range of colours and patterns
✔️ Can be easier to maintain when properly sealed
✔️ No individual blocks to spread or become uneven
