🏛️ STUNNING PERIOD OFFICE TRANSFORMATION –🎨

Another fantastic commercial decorating project completed to a high standard!

This beautiful period office has undergone an extensive transformation, combining traditional architectural features with fresh, modern finishes.

A huge amount of preparation went into this project, including extensive filling, repairs and dustless sanding to bring tired and worn surfaces back to life.

✨ Ceilings & Upper Walls: Finished in crisp white above the picture rails, creating a bright, spacious appearance while highlighting the impressive ceiling heights and ornate cornices.

✨ Lower Walls: Beautifully finished in Polished Pebble, providing a subtle, elegant contrast to the white upper walls.

✨ Woodwork & Panelling: Meticulously prepared and finished in white satin, including traditional panelled doors, sash windows, skirting boards and decorative mouldings.

✨ Original Features: Particular care was taken to preserve and enhance the stunning archways, intricate period detailing and traditional character of the room.

The combination of crisp white, soft Polished Pebble grey and beautifully finished satin woodwork has created a sophisticated, timeless office environment.

The before-and-after photographs really do speak for themselves!

Projects like this demonstrate why preparation is so important. Every detail matters when working with traditional buildings, and we're extremely proud of the finished result.

A beautifully refined finish on this recent project by T Fleming Decorating.
Extensive preparation was carried out to all walls, ceilings and woodwork before applying a flawless spray finish throughout.
The ceilings were finished in a crisp white, while the walls were sprayed in the elegant Farrow & Ball Dimity, creating a soft and timeless backdrop.
The staircase was meticulously prepared, with the black detailing spray finished in satin, complemented by white stair treads and crisp white satin woodwork for a striking yet sophisticated contrast.
Once the carpet runner and top landing carpet are installed, they’ll add the final layer of warmth and texture, bringing the whole scheme together beautifully.

For those of you who know me im usually a calm and collected type of bloke that doesn't get stressed or swear a lot ..but this self adhesive wallpaper made Terence very very stabby ...I seen it as a challenge and accepted it but this may be going on the never again pile

A refined cloakroom transformation, where every detail has been carefully considered.
Bespoke MDF panelling was primed and hand-painted in a soft, sophisticated blue-grey to perfectly match the vanity unit and cupboards, creating a seamless, tailored finish. Above, a delightful botanical wallpaper — featuring songbirds amid citrus branches and delicate blossoms — brings a touch of nature and quiet charm to the space.
Finished with elegant brass fittings, a sleek heated towel rail, and warm herringbone flooring, the result is a calm, luxurious retreat that feels both timeless and thoughtfully composed.
