Another staircase transformation completed 🙌

As part of a recent renovation, we were asked to give this tired staircase a fresh, modern finish while keeping plenty of warmth and character.

We cladded the existing newel posts in oak, fitted new oak handrails, and finished it off with bespoke glass panels for a clean, open look. The combination of natural oak and glass has completely transformed the space and lets so much more light flow through the hallway.

A huge upgrade from the original staircase 👌

A little makeover before the summer comes to and end ☀️ Venetian fencing can come at quite the cost 💵 in this case, we constructed our own bullnose redwood slats by hand and finished the timbers with 3 coats of UV resistant lacquer 💪🏼 we’ll be back in the winter once the pool is out of use to lay a new surround and patio area!

How is this not AI?! One hell of a transformation on this incredibly run down listed house front, we made repairs to all rotten windows and doors on site rather than replacing using Resin, and the legends at DPM Leadwork LTD coming in with the new porch canopy top 🔥

We LOVE getting our hands dirty on some Oak post and beam work especially when it’s supplied by 👌😍 lots of big oak projects coming up this year which we can’t wait to get stuck into! 💪🏼

Second fix is now complete on our Piano room build 🙌🏼 it’s an amazing feeling being on a build from start to finish as we get to think about every detail, flush finish colour matched services doors, bespoke oak mouldings, and even down to configuring the lighting to frame this awesome Fold down double bed for when the house gets too busy 💪🏼🙏🏼
